Refund & Cancellation Policy
Booking Fees and Deposits
A booking fee or deposit may be required to reserve a wedding date or photography session.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, booking fees are non-refundable because the reserved date becomes unavailable for other clients.
Client Cancellation
If the client cancels the booking:
- More than 90 days before the event:
Payments excluding the booking fee may be refunded. - 30–90 days before the event:
Partial refunds may be issued depending on completed preparation work and reserved dates. - Less than 30 days before the event:
Payments are generally non-refundable due to loss of booking opportunities and preparation costs.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
If a new date is available, payments may be transferred to the new booking.
Photographer Cancellation
If Annakuva Tmi is unable to perform the services due to emergency, illness, or circumstances beyond control:
- All payments made by the client will be refunded, or
- An alternative photographer may be recommended if possible
Digital Products and Delivered Galleries
Due to the digital nature of photography services, delivered galleries and completed editing work are non-refundable.
Force Majeure
Annakuva Tmi is not responsible for delays or inability to perform services caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
- severe weather
- travel disruptions
- government restrictions
- natural disasters
- emergencies
