Booking Process
Clients may submit an inquiry through the website contact form or by email. A booking is considered confirmed only after:
- Both parties agree on the services and pricing
- A written confirmation is provided
- A booking fee or deposit is paid (if applicable)
Pricing
Service pricing is displayed on the website or provided individually through custom quotations. Prices may vary depending on:

- Coverage duration
- Travel requirements

All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise stated.
Payments

Travel and Accommodation
For destination weddings or events outside the Helsinki region, additional travel and accommodation costs may apply. These costs will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Delivery
Final edited galleries and materials are delivered digitally.
Estimated delivery times:
- Preview photos: within a few days after the event when possible
- Full gallery: typically within 4–12 weeks depending on season and project scope
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Copyright and Usage
Annakuva Tmi retains copyright to all images unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive personal usage rights for sharing and printing their images.
Commercial use, resale, publication, or editing by third parties requires written permission.
Client Cooperation
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate event information
- Ensuring access to venues
- Obtaining permissions where necessary
Annakuva Tmi is not responsible for missed coverage caused by delays, restrictions, weather conditions, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond control, liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.
Reasonable efforts will be made to arrange replacement coverage if possible.
